This is what led me to shift away from traditional consulting models (even when I was landing big-name clients) and build a more sustainable, soul-honoring way to support entrepreneurs growing businesses that don’t require self-abandonment.
☉ In 2020, I founded the FastCo award-winning consultancy HmntyCntrd, leading trauma-informed culture work with clients like Capital One, Patagonia, Meta, and Plaid, with annual revenue close to 7 figures.
☉ On the outside, it looked like success but behind the scenes I was carrying the emotional labor of entire systems and burning myself out trying to fix what was never mine to hold.
^ This is what many of us are told to pursue, even if there’s a cost to us and our peace.

☉ By late 2024, I had helped dozens of visionary founders start their businesses but I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant people bending themselves into business models that rewarded productivity over presence.
☉ Even after exceeding my revenue goals by 20%, I hit a wall. I paused all launches, turned off my pipeline, and moved to Mexico to recalibrate how I wanted to support others.
☉ From that space, I returned to group and 1:1 coaching and rebuilt everything: simpler, slower, and softer.
☉ And I've developed an approach that helps values-led entrepreneurs grow without grinding, show up without shutting down, and lead without losing themselves.
